At Maryville Family Dentistry, our dentists, Dr. Jonathan Mitchell, Dr. Jennifer Leonhardt and our team do not want concerns about paying for your appointment to keep you and your family from visiting us. Your dental health is too important to put off, which is why we offer options when it comes to paying for your visit. Our office works with most PPO plans, but we do suggest that you contact your provider and our office prior to your visit to confirm your coverage. Our team can also assist you in filing your claim and in finding ways for you to maximize your benefits.
If you do not have dental insurance or need to pay your out-of-pocket, co-pay or other expenses, our office also accepts:

For those who are interested in financing your dental care, our team works with Cherry and CareCredit. Cherry and CareCredit are third-party companies that may be able finance up to 100% of your treatments with low or no down payments or interest rates. At Maryville Family Dentistry, the Healthy Smile Plan is designed to make dental care easier and more affordable for patients without dental insurance. With one annual membership fee, patients can stay proactive about their oral health while receiving preventive care and savings throughout the year.

Annual Membership Options:
- Child Plan, Ages 0-13: $336 per year with two cleanings yearly
- Basic Plan: $420 per year with two cleanings yearly
- Premium Plan: $504 per year with three cleanings yearly
- Perio Plan: $784 per year with four cleanings yearly
